Lean Forward !
Andrew took a break from lounging on the couch yesterday to help his sister work on her form. It reminded me of the time I paid him to teach her how to ride a bike. In particular, the image where he is pushing her down the straight-away in an effort to get her to lean forward. It didn't cost me anything this time but the pictures are priceless. Running correctly is a lot harder than it looks, and running next to someone with good form is the easiest way to learn.
